Membership points are divided into two account types:
Points earned from online purchases are credited to the member's online account, while points from offline purchases are stored in the member's offline account. These points are not linked, meaning members can only redeem points in the channel where they earned them.
For instance, if you accumulate points through online shopping, you can only redeem them online; likewise, points earned in physical stores must be used in-store. This policy enhances the member experience across different shopping channels.
